1) If you are working on a semester assignment with other individuals in your class, complete a stake holder analysis using the stakeholder Analysis Chart?

2) What is a Monte Carlo simulation? Describe a situation (other than the one used in this chapter) that could make good use of a Monte Carlo simulation.

3) Give an example of a type of meeting project stakeholders may have under the following circumstances. Describe how IT might support their communication needs

c. Different times-same place
d. Different times-different places.

4) List and explain various quality movements, i.e. craftsmanship, industrial revolution, scientific management, control chart, Kaoru Ishikawa approach.

5) Write a short note on six sigma with respect to Dabbawala as an example.

6) With example of person/ group who has faced a major change. The change could be either positive or negative. Examples include someone moving to a new country, a new city, losing a job, or any major life event. Your questions should include, but should not be
limited, to the following:
a. Describe the change.
b. What was the reason for the change?
c. Describe the transition.
d. How difficult was the transition?
e. How did you adjust?
f. What feelings or emotions did you feel over the course of the change?
